SA HOME LOANS BAD SERVICE LEVELS

On Saturday the 04th of May we experienced very bad winds and bad weather

which in return caused my shade cloth carport to fall to the ground

my shade cloth structure was 5 years old and yes it did have wear and tear and surface rust but the weather did cause it to fall and break this solid structure to the ground

SA HOMELOANS insurance dept sent out assessor to my premises

and he gave a feedback that the Sahl should not pay for the damage reason that the wear and tear of the structure has given way because of bad weather

I don't understand why we pay insurance to be covered from such damage and not for a insurance company to give a reason not to pay

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH SAHL THEY ARE THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH
