3rd time complain

I have being blacklisted by capitec. i have sent proof of settlement from Coombe and associates to the customer service department, tried calling them but no luck. due to this i cannot find employment neither can my husband and i purchase a house. i am now tied of asking Jonathan from Coombe and associates to send them the paid up letter and tired of talking to incompetent people at Capitec. i am now taking this to the NCR and laying a complaint. i have not missed a single debit order, neither have they notified me of any listing against my name. this happens to be a judgment and not even a default. stop ripping people off Capitec.
