I had a 3rd party claim after an acciedent, which was totally not my fault. Carol Nortje was handling the claim and she was always friendly and really went the extra mile for me. She is truly an assest to her company and I would like to thank her for your help. My claim was settled and finalized within two months! Everyone, else I spoke to said it would take up to a year to sort out and I would be lucky if it ever got finalized. Thank you!
