Most people use probably use Hello Peter to complain about something. I want to give big thumbs up for my insurance agency (Auto & General) and in special for the person who helped me through the "trauma" and hassles, to sort out my claim as quickly and effectively as possible.

The person who helped me, Me. Stefanie Martins, was extremely professional in handling my claim. She patiently listened to everything I had to say, even when I was maybe babbling unnecessary things at times... She kept her cool, stayed calm, didn't rush me and answered all my questions and went out of her way to settle my claim, in what I believe is record time! I definitely cannot find fault with that!

Stefanie, to you and your insurance company, Auto & General, thank you very much for service above and beyond, than what I suspected I was going to get. It is so good to know that I am insured at a company that really cares for their clients and go the extra thousand miles (not one mile) to put a smile back on their client's faces. I certainly have a smile again, after my break-in into my garage and loss of a lot of my tools.
