African Bank
ITC Listing won't go away after paying account

I have paid up both my African Bank loans one in March and another last month (May) and I have received both paid up letters but my ITC listing remains unchanged.

The payments are not reflecting and this is very frustrating as I need to buy a car.

Would someone please help update my profile, my job requires that I have my own car but I cannot get one if my profile is not updated by African Bank.

Please I need this to be done as soon as today, I beg of you please.
