Provident fund/ Death claim

My wife passed away on the 19 January 2013, I have 3 children ages 9, 10, and 11 we are suffering because of the loss, and financially its difficult, I need to provide for my kids warm clothes this winter as they have nothing. When I phone the call centre they give me a different story every-time, yesterday I received an SMS to say money was paid in, I phoned again they said they referred to the tax they paid to SARS, SMS clearly states that the money was paid to me because I had to rate the service for the money being paid out, I went to the bank twice nothing. Please stop sending sms address to her as she is no longer with us and it is pain-full when you send sms address to her you have all my details her husband. My wifes id number is 730214 0021 083
