My premium increased from R1216.00 TO R2068.00

Hi i have been calling your contact centre requesting an explenation as to why my premium has increased to this amount, but i get no clear explanation. I cant afford this big increase and i need to know i currently have a claim and car hire that has been authorised by you and if i cancell will you still honour the claim
