Home loan declined again

This is becoming more and more frustrating, last year June i raised this issue, i was advised that i need to reapply within 6 months, once again we reapplied and fnb declined our bond application again. last years ref number was 177173. since last year my credit report has increased last week when i checked my score was sitting on 786 and my wife was on 730, we do not have judgments or adverse but yet my own bank keeps declining me. how to you expect first time home buyers to obtain homes if you keep declining us, we have now rented a flat since last year paying a rental of R6400, but fnb feels we cant afford a bond of R780000 over 30 years this is ludercis. our agent has submitted the application again now with a motivation. i am once again disgusted by my bank!
