My investment-58697306 which became renewable on 19.04.13 was renewed automatically, a job well done
however when I queried with the call centre the rate renewed at 4.50%, but I renewed another fixed deposit about the same time the rate was 5.75%. the call centre advised me to speak to the branch, Tongaat. the branch referred me back to the call centre, none of them could not rectify the mishap. the web site reflects that the rate is 5.75 and is valid from 13.03.13 to 13.05.13. I did post an on line query on Monday 06.05.13 to no avail. pls the person responding to this matter must respond with their contact details
