Settled Acocunt

I have settled my account with Blue financial services in February 2013, but still receiving threatening sms's. Proof of payment was sent to there head office, NOTHING has been done about it. I want this sorted out!!! Should this not be sorted out with in the next 7 days i will go to speak out!!!
