Waiting for payout

We have been waiting 27 months for payout. We send our documents in February 2011 and to date nothing. After speaking with one of their employees in January 2013 we received our statement via email, filled in the necessary banking form and registered post it to them, but till today no pay out have been received, and no answer when phoning them. THEY ARE PATHETIC!
