I phoned in 2 weeks ago to switch from one gym to another. I was never told of a R170 fee that will be debited to my account the next day for the switch. When i went to the Gym the next day i was told taht I am on an Off-peak contract. I saw on my Multiply login that i was downgraded? This was not what I requested.
I only wanted my contract to be transferred to another club. In return I was charged R170 to my account for a downgrade which I was not aware of?
Also, I still have to explain daily that I have a full contract otherwise they do not want to let me in. I have tried numerous times to get through to the Cal centre and despite the fact that I rated the services via sms as poor, nobody has ever bothered to get back to me... im not happy.
