A few days ago a Standard Bank ATM took my card for no reason, I had to pay R76 card replacement fee, I want my money back. Furthermore, I had R13329.90 in my account, I bought stuff to the amount of R1123.36, I got a sms saying I have R12206.54 left to spend, I spend some more money till I had R5171.19 left, then I made another payment of R685.55, and all of a sudden I have R3635.64 left in my account, so I went on internet banking and my statement showed that the previous R1123.36, only went off my account yesterday, 7 days later. Can someone explain this to me, because you guys will be liable for my account going into a minus.
I do understand the merchant only banking 7days later, but why did the sms said I had R12000 after it went of and then 7 days later going of again from the "sms amount". My account would have been in a minus if I spent R12000... I want my money back that you.
