Personal Loan for vehicle

I reported to Nedbank on 2 May 2013 that the vehicle I purchased has only been drivable for 2 days since 2 April 2013 when the agreement was signed. To date I have not heard anything from Nedbank or the merchant being Bull's Eye Auto in Pretoria and I do not have the car since it's been with the merchant for repairs for the past month. I told Nedbank that I would like to cancel this agreement and purchase elsewhere as I can get better quality from a preferred dealer for the same price. Urgent response in this regard would be appreciated
