Bad Attitude

I made a call on Tuesday, 07th May 2013 requestiing an appointment with a banker and specifically requested that the appointment to be on Saturday as most of us have tight schedules and travel during the week. She merely said with an attitude and i warned her to check her attitude as she said no bankers work on Saturday n the whole of Pretoria irrespective of the circumstances. She didnt check because i asked whether she had verified the information as she only gave me details of one bank in Centurion but not the rest.
