Bad attitude

I booked a table of 18 for Saturday and when one of my guests arrived they asked the manager where my table was. Obviously he would know if he checked the list but he rudely said to my friend that he doesnt know and that she must check herself. I know it was busy but this is no excuse and his attitude was unacceptable. I dont know if he was a manager or a waiter and I didnt get his name but Im sure he wouldnt like it if someone was that rude to him. This kind of attitude makes one not want to go back.
