Eceived a call from nedbank a few weeks ago, asking me to upgrade my cards, i agreed, and was told that cards will be delivered to my branch. after hearing nothing, I called today (to enquire when cards will be at branch for collection). Spent half an hour on phone, waiting, explaining, was pushed from one area to another, had to verify myself evertime, and then repeat the whole story all over. the last person claimed she couldnyt hear me as the line was bad, what a lie! I eventualy hung up. STILL NO ANSWER AS TO WHERE MY CARDS ARE
