I have TWO complaints.

Firstly I bought an iPad via FNB, I have been trying to update my software for over 3 months now but I keep getting error messages. There is no support line to assist with the problem and its becoming more and more frustrating.

Secondly, I took up a credit card in November. It came with the offer that should I use up to a certain amount on the 1st month, the R135 initiation fee will be reimbursed, that has not been done.
