NO HELP WHATSOEVER

I have been trying to obtain the answer to one simple question since 09H00 this morning. I have held on for 16-29 minutes at a time, and eventually put the phone down. I have called them no less that 5 times. The service absolutely, and I cannot believe that they do not have staff available to answer their phones!!!
