It is unacceptable that you cannot provide me with a statement which must show my payments, as well as not updating my records with the credit bureaus, WHICH CAN ONLY BE DONE ONCE THE FULL OUTSTANDING AMOUNT IS PAID. Please! You must update daily/ weekly as all payments are done! You are pathetic!
