Not getting any documentation

Hi about 2 years ago i took out a life insurance policy with clientele life for a very low monthly fee, a week ago they sent me an sms stating that my fees will be going up, with that i do not have a problem however i still have not recieved any documentation what so ever, on a weekly bassis i get sms for other policys and stuff but still nothing regarding my life insurance.
i have phoned them countles times requesting it and all the say is 'my suppervisor will get back to you'. i want to cancle my policy because the take my money every month and now im just another chum who fell for their trap..and the worst is there is no compensation whatsoever... any advice on this would be very helpfull
