This site is so unuser friendly. I'm trying to pay my council tax. The first time round I got all the way to the end (which really is rather laborious) and it logged me out as my session had expired before I had even received my one time pin. The second time I had to go through the whole process again and for the last ten minutes all I have had is a blank screen and a note that it is "processing my order".

So frustrating. No wonder people let their bills go into arrears. This is supposed to be the easier option. It probably would have taken less time for me to go and pay it at Pick 'n Pay.
