Otees with Marshmallow bottles

Checkers Westgate Mall is currently running a promotion with a display for Bokomo on Otees, and on the box it states that the Otees comes with marshmallow bottles inside. My daughter seeing this, made us switch from her regular brand for this. She could not even wait until morning to try, and the very same evening when we got home, she opened it to have some...
To her dismay, there were absolutely no marshmallow bottles in the bag... not even one.
She was so disappointed that I promised her I would contact Bokomo and investigate why this was the case...

I have not heard from them though I have informed them that I have pictures of the promo display as well as the bag without the bottles, next to the box stating there are bottles inside.

I would have understood if there were very few bottles inside, but to have none at all is unacceptable.
