I am not a FNB client and have not been for a long time. I received via email bank statements of a person with same name and surname as me, which used my email address on his FNB account. After half an hour on the phone to FNB, being transferred back and forth, someone at FNB eventually took it upon themselves and sent an email on my behalf to a general FNB care address explaining the situation. Unfortunately after a month, I have not been given the promised feedback I requested, and I am still wondering if someone is attempting to use my details. I have only the initial mail sent from the FNB employee as no reference numbers were given or offered to me regarding this issue.
