No interest or follow up service for Smart Bond

I have been trying now for a while to get an application going for a Further loan or a re-advance. When i felt i was getting success (eventually) out of the call, i never received the application which was told i would receive. I had tried phoning and applying online all over again. No response from either. I am and FNB customer, with quite a few of their products, and FNB's biggest downfall, is there Smart Bond. Rubbish service right from the beginning. I had to get in touch with their CEO in order to get a response from them. And it may have to start all over again. I am seriously looking around elsewhere to take my bond to, as this feels like entrapment. I feel i have no other options from this product, and seriously considering even taking an extra 1.5% interest on my bond, just so i can get the service i am looking for from another company. And i most likely will.
