When will the gentleman get his money

I have been contacting alexander forbes since June on behalf of a man who is struggling to get his UIF paid out. I even went as far as liasing with the courts to have them complete documents that needed to be completed in order to complete the process. The Court sent through the completed documents at the end of August. I contacted the the person at AF 2 weeks later and asked them if the man was going to get his money and they indicated that they had not recieved the court documents yet. a week later when we called were told that the documents are now with HR and they are deducting the tax and this will take 3 weeks. SERIOUSLY!!! THis has all happened despite me explaining to his previous employer, the courts and the person at Alexander Forbes that the man has lost his home and the family is practically starving due to them not having any income. His previous employer and the courts did their utmost to complete their part of the process quickly and even kept me updated on the progress not so with AF. I find the attitude of AF representative uncaring and unwilling to assist. This is really dissapointing and sad.
