Failure to attend to my complain: Send Email

On the 25th April, I have send my complaint to Karin Muthrain about my complaint but she just fail to acknowledge the recipient of my email. Till to this time it shows that my complain is not been attended to because when I made call everyone seems to be lost of what I talking about. I really like to ask Karin Muthrain, Is that the service Nedbank always preaches about when they want us to buy their products?
By failing to reply my emails indicate that once you are now a client they don't care anymore.
