18 DAYS AND STILL RUNNING TO REPLACE ITEMS

I just want to voice my utter disgust in the process and time that it is still taking to finalise my Claim for a Burglary.

I have lodged a Claim via the Call Centre on the morning of the 13th of April with a very helpful and sympathetic lady, which promised that someone would phone me on Monday. After having to wait for 4 days before Samantha Bergstedt could even see me (19th of April) the paperwork with a detailed spreadsheet of item numbers, serial numbers replacement values (I went to Retailers to obtain Quotes) were submitted to her. She never gave me any feedback and I had to constantly follow-up with her, just to find-out what has transpired. Her process was finally finalised on Monday the 29th of April. She said that they will replace my items and that the 3rd party Insurance Replacement Company would call me to discuss. I asked her for the number and she never replied and after almost another day, I decided to contact the Call Centre again and ask for the Replacement Company's number and contact person.

I placed my order for the replacement goods and I was promised that on Friday (today), but apparently the 3rd party uses another 3rd party and now have an issue
