Fail to honour a promise

I joined Amathuba Gold because I have been promised that my money will grow if I invest with them. I called sometime in November 2012 to check my balance, unfortunately my balance was less than what I have invested. I then asked for cancellation, and the lady with the name of Sandra assisted me and she sent me the cancellation forms on the 01 st of February 2013 and I sent back the Forms on the 11 th of February 2013. On the form is stipulated that my money will be deposited on My account on 05 April 2013, but nothing shown. I further emailed them and they told me that because i sent the forms late, now the payment will be on 02 May 2013. I tried to call them on their phone but no answer for 2 days. I think Amathuba gold are Crookes, they don't respect the contract that they entered with their client
