I'm with Amathuba Gold for 2 years now & only received a "statement" once when I nagged for it, yet part of the sales pitch was a monthly "report/statement". Since December I'm being debited R200 a month for "Bid for gold" which I never asked or signed for. I've been trying for a while now to get this debit order stopped but I don't get called back as promised and/or can NEVER get through on their numbers! With a busy work day I can't keep trying to get through or even remember to call during their working hours. My request to Amathuba is simple, please refund the "Bid for gold" debits & cancel my initial contract with you as well & payout my investment to me.
