NO ARRANGEMENT MADE FOR ARRANGEMENT FEE

My business account was debited on 25.04.13 of R1, 140.00 for an ARRANGEMENT FEE but no arrangement was made for this amount to debited from my account and we were also never informed about this new fee being charged. I contacted standard bank vangate mall and was told, it was for the annual renewal of my overdraft facility fee. I have emailed and contacted standard bank vangate mall but have to date not received any notification informing me as the client thereof. I am utterly disgusted in the level of service received as i have reassurance that this is not a. I would appreciate it someone can contact me other than staff from Vangate mall branch.
