Faulty ATM leads to loss of money

Good Day

My name is Bonaventura Scholtz and I have a complaint with regards to the service I received from Standard Bank, on the 1st May 2013 I went to draw money from the ATM at Parow Valley Spar ATM number 6186 for an amount of R2000.00 12h57, immediately a message appeared on the screen stating: "we cannot process your request due to a technical problem please try again later" I put my card in again and drew out a R1000.00 that was when I noticed that the ATM deducted the R2000.00 and never gave me the money.

After being placed on hold for nearly half an hour I was told to hold again while they transferred my call to General Banking, eventually I spoke to Mr. Benjamin Narriansamy a team leader in your call centre that said that he would call me back before end of day reference number 38131446, HE NEVER CALLED BACK, two days latter im still waiting for my money to be refunded. They said that it will take 15days to resolve wich is unfair as this whole thing is caused by their faulty eqiupment not to mention the inconvienced caused by having to call them all the time and getting the run arround all the time.
