Outsurance
False

I recently purchased a new car and like we all do we search for the best ensure and the best rate. Well I called outsurance and the sales lady insured me that they are the best. THAT IS SO NOT THE CASE!!! It has not even been a week with them and I am having problems. First of all the inspection sheet has not been given to them yet and they have not followed up to see where it is. But they have already taken my money out of my account and not only that an edditional amount for the sales lady which I told her that it can not come off my account until the 2nd. So now I am sitting with no insurance but they have my money. WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE SORTED OUT??? I had to phone them twice to find out if it is there and when I phoned the first time the lady just forwarded me something I already had which of cause was no help. Then when I called back a 2nd time she pretended to listen to my complaints and then just said so your email is so and so. Dialdirect I have been with for yrs maybe I should get my money back and go back to them. That add is a total no bending over backwards what so ever!!!
