My fees for 2013 are not going to be paid in full

I am a third year/final student at nwu vaal triangle. on the 20 of march i signed my contract with nfsas. when i was signing i was told that nfsas cannot pay all of my fees but instead they will give me R45000 and i'll be left with R14000 outstanding that i'll have to pay for my self. what i don't understand is that other students amount were paid in full but why not me? i want to know where am i going to get the rest of the money because the reason i applied for nfsas was because i don't have money to pay the fees and there is no one to help me pay. it even shows in all the particulars i brought in. now i am supposed to study and work hard to do well on my studies, but how am i going to do that when i don't even know if i am going to be able to graduate?

now please make me understand how do such occurrences happen and how do i deal with such stress?
