Finance department - No response

Hi. on 28th January I cancelled one module and added another. I paid the full amount of the module as well as foreign levies because I am an international student, the amount of 1630. My module has been cancelled but only R610 was put back on my unisa account. The people from information, one says 40% the other one says 50%, so I am not sure which one is right, that I forfeit that percentage on fees. I am not yet a qualified accounted but I know that R610 is not 40% or even 50% of fees deducted. According to UNISA web information, I can still cancell up to 15 MARCH 2013 after which I will forfeit the MINIMUM payment and at a later date the full amount. Please attent as this is the 10th of February and as an international student the amount of money I spend to phone people and not getting a straight answer is even costing me as much as my registration fees (well almost!)
