Excellent Customer Service

In April I had the pleasure of meeting with one of Nedbanks Consultants to open a new account. I was pleased with the level of service that was offered by Eugene. He was professional and carried himself in a dignified manner. Took time out to explain the benefits of the account I am currently using. To my surprise after opening the account with Nedbank and banking with them for my very 1st time I have to say I am most happy and cannot express my gratitude to him and the other staff that have made the banking experience more pleasurable. The team at Highveld Mall in Witbank make you want come back for more. In my books Nedbank is a world class Bank I vote it Number 1! Thanks to all and keep it up guys. The world needs more people like your'll in it.
