I am a Prestige customer of the bank & I get the shocking service ever, what is happening to customers who are on normal cheque and savings accounts? I have applied to increase my revolving loan amount on Monday this week & I was told that the turnaround time will be 2 to 3 working days. The bank does not contact me in 3 days, when I call to follow-up I was told that the consultant will call me in 2 hours, I don't get a call in 3 hours I called back & I was told that the bank cannot process my application because they need a proof of res. This is the same bank that I bank with & I have purchase a house & a vehicle in the last 3 months with the very same bank. I have updated my details at the branch in the last 3 months. I have been giving the bank chances to proof me wrong but they are always failing me.
