No tellers!!

Not sure what is going on but been to Northgate and now Cresta but suffering same issue. The queues are so long being a month end but the counters are not minded. How can you have one teller on the monthend. This shows little care for your patrons. Where i am now, there are a lot of older citizens who have to shuffle through the queue. This is not acceptable
