Money dishonestly taken not refunded AGAIN

REF: Prepaid Electricity Voucher - Meter# 07058009031 Trace 800B-9A74-2EA2-0002-0949

For the 2nd time now, over R1000 has been taken immediately from my bank account using a debit/creadit card following the purchase of prepaid electricity. After payment has come off, a message appears on their website stating that transaction wasn't successful and that the amount will be reversed.

Well, guess what. IT DOESN'T get reversed. The last time I had to ask my bank to contravene their normal policy and manually returnn my money after 20 days of it not having been reversed by EasyPay. Now again this month, the money comes off the bank account immediately, afterwards transaction fails on their side, but yet no reversal of funds AGAIN, even though message says it will be reversed. Now I am short R1200 for however long it takes me to get my bank to sort this out as it is impossible to get in contact with EasyPay on their customer services line. I end up holding on the line for over 30 mins on 2 occasions and still none of their agents (if they exist) answer the phone. Tried emailing them as well... they NEVER reply.

Try to use whatever alternative options you may have other than EasyPay
