VCPAY MY MONEY!!!

I'm absolutely fed up with utter that this company passes off in a pathetic attempt at giving "service". Easypay NEVER works the first time, and this time it went way too far. Tried to purchase prepaid electricity with this useless VCPAY app on the easypay website. Got the familiar "Authorization failed" that it loves to spew. The wonderful fact is I didn't get my electricity, and it also took an amount of R992.36 off my credit card, NO THE FUNDS are not on hold that will get reversed, the cash is actually gone out of my account, and I can prove this with a bank statement. To top it off this useless app even unlinked my card and keeps displaying blank screens with an OK button that does jack. Don't bother emailing customer care either, as similar to unicorns, they don't exist. If this is not fixed ASAP and my money refunded I SWEAR I will take the severest legal action possible. This is simply totally and utterly UNACCEPTABLE, I'm BEYOND FURIOUS.
