UNHAPPY WITH MY BANK

I have recently been advised absa this will be at a cheaper interest rates, so I took it. My re payments is quite low so I went to an atm to draw R50 to help me pass the week, to my amazement I was told I can only have. R200 pressed cancel and tried again and it just gave me the limit available that was R 200 but I know I don't have that limit but needed that money.
