Bad Service/card not working

I have sent this message to FNB before and the same this has just happened after a whole lot of excuses were mede the last time.
To whom it may concern. I recently upgraded to a platinum cheque card and am extremely disappointed with the service i am receiving. The delivery company (CCD) contracted by FNB did not deliver my card as arranged which was an inconvenience as i had to drive several km to fetch it myself. Furthermore my card has suddenly stopped working at atm's and at shops. You can only think of the embarrassment and complete frustration when i need to pay for petrol and the card is not working. How do you expect a client to conduct business when they cannot draw money or use their card? This is not the first time this has happened. I find this inexcusable as my bank fees have increased and my bank charges over the last 3months has been approximately R1000 but the service is non existant. Upon trying to contact FNB to help me with this problem there was no response. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to discuss this matter and find an appropriate solution.
I do not see why I should pay any bank fees if I can not use my account for most of the month.
