Who Gives You The Right???!!!

My BOTH accounts are paid via debit order religiously any day after the 25th. Except this month when I transfered between my savings account and my cheque account only to immediately get an in-contact message showing a payment of R549 being deducted for Bayport Cellular! Take note it is the 17th and unlike many others I do NOT get paid by the 16th BUT Bayport knows otherwise as they put it and I quote "we confirmed with your payroll department that you will be paid on the 13th December" I have a few questions regarding this which NODODY can answer:
1. WHO IS CONTRACTED TO YOU AND RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE CONTRACTS I HAVE, ME OR MY PAYROLL OFFICE?
2. WHAT IS THE NAME OF THIS PAYROLL PERSON YOU CONFIRMED WITH because IF YOU REALLY TRULLY DID CONFIRM YOU WOULD HAVE HEARD THAT WE DO NOT GET PAID ON THE 13TH AND THIS IS A STORY YOU ARE GIVING ALL CLIENTS BECAUSE YOU DID NOT CALL NOBODY AT MY PLACE OF WORK
2. WHO IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN AUTHORISE A DEBIT ORDER ON MY BANK ACCOUNT?
3. WHAT DATE DOES MY CONTRACT STIPULATE MY DEBIT ORDER WITH YOU IS TO BE DEDUCTED?
YOU ARE IN BREECH OF CONTRACT NOt to mention it is ILLEGAL TO debit WITHOUT AUTHORISATION.
AND I am on hold for over 15minutes!
