Spca Brakpan
Cat stuck on roof for 3 days. Then SPCA comes out without cat trap. Cat still on roof

Contacted spca for help. They advised they are busy. After Old years eve cat got out of window and is stuck on neighbors roof for 3 days. Today still on the 4 Jan 2024 cat stuck. Spca came and forgot cat trap. They where fetching it but never came back. Tomorrow will be day 5 what help is this?
