Incomplete delivery

I bought a robot vacuum cleaner through Groupon which was delivered without the rechargeable battery and casing, When I phoned Groupon to complain I was told that the robot vacuum does not come with a battery even though it clearly states on the deal that the battery is included. After arguing my point Yusuf conceded that it is supposed to come with a battery, but they are out of stock. I am to return the unit and once I have proof of collection I may ask for a credit. I do not want a credit, I want my money back. Yusuf argued with me that I will have to buy something else. I find this totally unacceptable!
