I purchased an ecoin deal through Groupon SA. A week later I received an email stating that the security code I had given was incorrect to which I replied, attaching the email with the security code I had received from ecoin.
It has been a week and after numerous telephone messages and emails sent, I have not received any further communication from ecoin.
Is a phone call too much to ask...?
