No Delivery / No feedback

My family bought me a pot set on 18 November 2012, which I still haven't received. I've mailed them on 8 January 2013 (ref no: 643677) with regards to the non delivery and when I went onto their website to see if any progress was made, the mail wasn't even assigned to anyone yet. This item was supposed to have been delivered to my on the 18th of December already, which means that we are now almost a further month on and still nothing.

This must be the worst company and service in any country to do business with.
