Four months and counting

I bought a Busby Leather Wine Cooler set on the 6th December 2012 for delivery within 4 weeks. Its been four months with no delivery or feedback. I have sent an email every month since January to enquire.

Tammy advised in January that they escalated my account to the Products and Services Department to investigate delivery of my purchase. She added that delivery will commence shortly. To this very day i have had no devilery, contact or feedback. This blatant disregard is disguting
