NO REFUND!! AND NO RESPONSE TO MAILS

I bought a groupon book for R199.00 and paid same day as advert came out. Was told a week later that it was paid too late. Now I still battle to get refund. I think this is a! as they just take your money and bogger off!! Bad bad! Wrote lots of e-mails and phoned them and no reply.
SOS number 728964.- Their reference no. Can anyone HELP! I am really furious!!
