I want my money back - disgusting customer service

I bought the Tom Tom XL on the 25th of January. Its now 2nd of April and it has still not been delivered, despite following up. On Tuesday I sent an email to your customer services department and I posted this same message on your Facebook page. Its now Thursday and I have had NO feedback on my query. What is unbelievable is that you find time to update your Facebook page through out the day but do not have time to attend to your customer's queries! I do not want the Tom Tom anymore and neither do I want a credit. What I do want is my money back in full. Honestly why must one have to go to such lengths to get what is due to you?
